    • Coldwell Banker will coordinate advertising with the chosen advertising agency in order to maximize the marketing effort.
    • Agency will develop all printed materials, models, and logo. Will create “brand” working with Coldwell Banker.
    • Generally 1 ½ to 2% of sell-out price will be expensed in this area. This includes the set up of sales office and promotional events.
